Prayer Chapel
Pray for men and women who are addicted to alcohol, drugs or pornography. These issues create a major problem in many marriages. Pray for their deliverance through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Please stop right now and pray for that prodigal who is closest to going home. May they be touched by the Holy Spirit to humble themselves, being obedient to the Lord's will and way.
Pray for standers who will be appearing in divorce court today and in the near future. Pray for all divorces to be cancelled around the world daily.
Kellee is seeking prayer for her son... My son Cody's glands in his throat don't want to go down. They have been swollen for awhile now. Although, all the other tests came back negative, our Dr. just wants to cover all basis and he is scheduled for a biopsy. Please pray with us for his healing.
Pray for men of God to preach about the sanctity of marriage. Pray also for all church to pray for all the marriages in their church and against adultery. Pray for spouses to be delivered from adultery and spirit of lust.
Satan does not stop with the destruction of only a marriage. Every stander we know has suffered a secondary attack, either through their own health, serious family illness, financial or relational problems. Would you take time right now to pray that Jesus would bind the attacks of the Enemy from men and women who are standing for their marriage to be restored by God.
UPDATE 5/11/12- Unfortunately my right leg is no better. I have been feeling really discourage this past week. I see my Dr. on 5/25/12, but I must say I am not looking forward to it.
UPDATE 4/30/12- My leg is no better and the brace is not helping much either. Thank you for all your prayers and support. Please continue to pray for my leg to heal from this sprain.
UPDATE 4/18/12- Unfortunately my leg is not any better. I have had a MRI on my right leg and both Dr.’s say it is a sprain. Please continue to pray for the healing of my leg. The sprain has been going on 9-10 months now. When I saw my dr. on 4-2-12 she gave me a knee brace with exercise to do. My leg is the same.
Linda is seeking prayer for healing in her right leg. It has had a sprain for 9 months now and the Dr. seems to be grasping at straws to to get the sprain leg healed.
Thank You, Lord, for all that You do for Rejoice Marriage Ministries. Thank You for Your protection over this Ministry and all of the Steinkamp family. Please pray for each member of our family.
UPDATE 5/6/12- Joe with gallbladder cancer: Joe has finished chemo! This was his third round of 12 weeks of it, he has also had radiation! We praise God that he has had hardly any side effects and has his strength! Please pray cancer will have diminished when he has a catscan on May 23. He is at stage 4. Gods kept Joe here longer than Dr's expected! We proclaim its not the chemo but the healing hand of God! Pray for Joes salvation as well, he has doubts still!
UPDATE 4/27/12- She had a very detailed ultrasound, and the baby is growing beautifully. There was, however a spot on the baby's heart, which could indicate a problem, increasing her chances of having a Down's Syndrome baby from 1/900 to 1/300. Still a rather small chance. She is due on August 23, and is about 5 months along . We learned it is another boy! She has not told anyone in the family, which I understand, but am sad because many would pray for her, so it is precious to me that I can know the RMM family is praying for her.
Donna is asking for prayer for her daughter who is pregnant with her second child and just learned there is only one artery in the umbilical cord instead of the usual two. I ask for prayers for Jesus to keep care of this precious little one and that she/he thrives and is born healthy.
Pray for standers who are being threatened with various kinds of legal action by their absent spouse. Lord, we pray for all divorces to canceled in the mighty Name of Jesus.
Pray that spouses who are away will have wisdom and discernment and leave the other person out of family functions involving standers. Pray that fathers who live far away will come home to see children.
Pray for standers who need financial miracles from our Lord, their Jehovah Jireh.
Chiela is seeking prayer for her father Oscar who is now suffering from a lung tumor and persistent cough that makes his health deteriorate. Please pray that the result of his biopsy will be a benign tumor and not cancerous, and to heal his cough and tumor immediately so that he regain his health soon.
Please for the stander who is most discouraged and questioning what God has told them to do-stand for their marriage. God will know for whom you are praying.
Jennie is asking for prayer for her prodigal husband Tim. He was in a motorcycle accident 2 weeks ago and broke his leg but it is not healing properly. He is having surgery on 5/15/12.
Please pray for our leaders to have God's wisdom regarding Afghanistan and Iraq. Pray for all the people involved, especially for our military men and women. Lord, protect all our men and women who are fighting to protect our freedom.
We know of so many prodigals who are so close to coming home! Please pray in agreement with us for thousands of prodigals to come home as the Holy Spirit convicts their heart. Pray that each prodigal spouse will have a Damascus Road experience with the Lord.
Please ask the Lord to give the Steinkamp Family wisdom in every Ministry matter, that His will might always be done through Rejoice Marriage Ministries.
Pray against the enemy attacking standers and others through oppression, depression and disease. We know so many who are being tormented by illnesses.

Heidi has a prayer request for Joshua... We initially asked for prayer about 6 years ago when he was born with a brain tumor and had a stroke. He began his healing after surgery and has been recovering through the years from paralysis. Just recently they began finding more tumors/spots showing up throughout his body. His family is hearing the results of the scans today, and I am asking for prayer and believing that there is no longer any cancer for this sweet boy. His family also needs prayer as well, it has been quite a situation with them through the years.
Please pray for all the "other persons" that they will acknowledge the hand of God, especially after a prodigal moves home, and that they will leave the spouses alone, forever!
UPDATE 5/16/12- Our Lord be praised I have no cancer in my bladder. I do have to have surgery on my hernia so far. I am praying my christian surgeon will have our Lord's wisdom again for me.
UPDATE 5/10/12- I am still awaiting another scope on my bladder to check no more cancer tumors. I have to have scans Friday and Tuesday on my bladder and kidneys, so pray all is well, maybe a hernia and pray no surgery needed. My left foot is painful also and have x-ray Friday after breaking my leg and ankle 8 yrs ago. Our Lord is so good we can live to pray for all to know Him and live for Him in obedience and love. PTL!
UPDATE 4/21/12- Thanks for prayers dear family In Lord Jesus. I have no cancer cells in the thyroid tumour. PTL! I am awaiting a awake scope for the bladder again and pray all is well.
UPDATE 4/13/12- Next week I get results for thyroid biopsy and next month a new scope to see any new bladder tumors.
UPDATE 4/3/12- Thank you all for your precious prayers for my good thyroid surgery. I will see my doctor next thursday for results and pray all is well and no more surgery please Lord. My covenant husband was exasperated by my illnesses so this has been a great concern for me. I know God's plans will come to pass as I obey Him and trust His promises of my covenant marriage and family restored.Jesus is our only healer, praise His name!
UPDATE 3/27/12- I am due for surgery to have half the thyroid out in the morning if bed is available, with a beautiful christian doctor, PTL! If cancer is found the rest out in about 2 weeks...praying all out at once if suspicious. The bladder cancer was very early and have a scope in 2 months..Our Lord is so good it could be much worse.
Julie is still battling possible cancer in her thyroid gland after having early bladder cancer. Our Lord is good and it shows only early so far. I need to see some happy days to keep going on. Thank you for all prayers, I shall live to declare His mighty works. God bless all.
We thank God for the parents who have taken a stand to pray for their son or daughter's troubled marriage. We also hear from people who have taken a stand for their pastor's marriage, or for the marriage of a friend. Pray for all marriages that God will find one prayer warrior to stand in the gap for any couple who is fighting the spiritual battle to save their family.
UPDATE 5/20/12- He is back home! PTL! He has to be on IV antibiotics for 5 weeks but is doing much better and is in good spirits. The speech pathologist said his word recall should go back to normal once the rest of the brain swelling goes down. I am so thankful to God and to all of you for your prayers. Thank you Jesus!
UPDATE 5/9/12- Teddy has still been seizure free but the “after surgery headache” gradually got worse and he started having difficulty getting his words and thoughts together when speaking. After a CT scan today they saw he has an infection and swelling in his brain. He had emergency surgery today to clean out the infection and debride the area. He will be in ICU for a few days. The doctors are optimistic. Thank you for your prayers.
UPDATE 4/30/12- Teddy has been seizure free since his surgery on 4/17 PTL! His headache is not as severe but he still has alot of discomfort when he talks or chews since they had to cut that muscle for the surgery. He is in good spirits but is still very tired. We are praying that his strength will return soon. Thanks everyone for your prayers! To God be the glory!
UPDATE 4/18/12- Teddy's brain surgery went really well and the doctors said they got all the scar tissue removed. Other than having a really bad headache the prognosis is good and his speech and language processing was NOT effected at all! PTL! I even got to talk to him on the phone last night. Praying for a quick recovery and that this surgery will allow him to be seizure free.
Mary Rebecca is asking for prayer for her brother-in-law Teddy. He has epilepsy and is having brain surgery on 4/17/12 to get rid of scar tissue that has made the seizures worse. Medicines are no longer effective at controlling his epilepsy so this surgery is the last option at regaining a better quality of life. Praise God that he is saved and is trusting God with the outcome.

Above all else, we pray that every stander, every prodigal, and all our loved ones will come to have a personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. That is the only way they will ever find the peace they are seeking.

Brooke has a special physical healing request... About 15 years ago, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's autoimmune disorder, where my body attacks my thyroid. I have trouble losing weight (I'm 100+ pounds overweight now); struggle with depression; have thinning hair and dry skin; and struggle in my faith since He has not yet chosen to heal me. I want to be available to bless my family, as well as to serve the Lord with joy and strength in whatever way He shows! Please pray for the Lord to heal my thyroid. I'd also appreciate prayer for healing of my hearing--born with nerve damage to auditory nerves. Thank you!
Suneel is asking for prayer for her brother Gourav who is in the hospital after being burned by fire on 4/24/12. May God heal and protect him.
Please pray for all standers' children who are facing the consequences of divorce and trying to understand why one parent is choosing to leave their family. Pray for the ones who are fighting rebellion and depression. Lord, give wisdom and knowledge to the standing parent.
Pray for all marriage ministries. May all of us direct hurting people to God's Word, the Bible, and not share our opinions. May we all listen to the Holy Spirit and always minister with integrity.
Tia is seeking prayer for her mother... Please pray for my Mom, Susan, she has many health issues right now. She has a cyst behind I believe her left knee that has been bothering her. They drained some of it recently, but it's still there. Her foot has been causing her pain as well, & she is hoping that she won't need more surgery on it. She's been having pain in her back also, & had an MRI done on it. She will get the results back this Wed. 5/23. She also has been having numbness & tingling in her hands. She thinks it may be due to vertebrae in her back that have slipped, possibly causing a pinched nerve. So please pray for healing in each of these areas, and wisdom for her Dr.
UPDATE 5/17/12- Thank you for the prayers, he came out of surgery with no problems and is revovering very well.
Tammy is asking for prayer for her husband. He is having surgery on Friday, May 11 for gallstones. Pray that God guides the hands of the doctors and for a quick recovery.
UPDATE 5/14/12- Kacey had a colonoscopy done on May 9th. The doctor saw an inflamed area on her small intestine. He did a biopsy. We have not yet received the results of that, but should hear about that sometime this week. The doctor did not want to make too much of this, but rather wait until the biopsy results come in.
UPDATE 4/19/12- Kacey saw a neurologist this morning at Cleveland Clinic. After reviewing all her records and tests, he seems to think that it is not a neurological issue but is related to the GI system. We have an appointment on May 7th for a consult/exam with the GI specialist at Cleveland Clinic. She is still in constant pain, although there are times it is much less intense.Thank you especially for your prayers and support. They are a God-send to me!
Paige is asking for prayer for her daughter Kacey who is still having severe abdominal pain. She has been out of work for 6 months. She has seen a number of physicians and had many tests and therapies. She is scheduled to see a Neurologist next week for the possibility of abdominal migraines or nerve disorder. Praying for guidance/direction for us and the doctor. Praying for comfort and relief of pain for Kacey and God's peace to settle on us.
Pray that standers would have discernment, and seek the counsel of God instead of listening to advice from people.
Lubna has stage 4 cancer, please pray for her healing. By His stripes she is healed!!
Pray that every returned prodigal and every prodigal who desires to come home will realize they must have no contact, for any reason, with the other person in their life. Pray for total restoration and rebuilding of their marriage.
Please pray for the many teenagers having difficulty. Many are so angry due to the circumstances that no one can change presently. May the Holy Spirit touch all children who feel unloved and rejection due to separation and divorce.
Please pray for all the teenagers and young adults who are having to choose every day whether to serve their Lord or go the world's way.
Please pray for an special anointing from the Lord for Charlyne to be able to finish three different books that are not finished. She has a burden to finish them, but knows that prayers can remove all the obstacles that have been blocking her to complete them in the Name of Jesus.
Please pray for the children of divorced families. We hear from so many parents or grandparents who have their children who are going through depression, or rebellion. Please pray for their salvation and obedience to their Heavenly Father commands.
UPDATE 5/20/12- I went for my first two radiation treatments. The cancer was on the brain stem. I have 8 more treatments to go for my spine and lungs. Please pray that God intervenes. I am getting a little discouraged about this whole thing.
UPDATE 5/12/12 on Teresa- My Oncologist said they seen a spot on my spine. I get the MRI on Wednesday at 7:45. They will have to give me radiation for both. The spine and my lung. After that will be chemo. Please pray that it will all go into remission or again I will be cancer free after the chemo.
Please remember to pray for all our military men and women who are fighting for our freedom around the world. Please pray for their families who are away from spouses who are having to deal with all the responsibilities and being both parents. Please pray for God's divine protection and safety for all the men and women in the armed services.
Audra has a Physical Healing request for my friend Marc, as he is in hospital fighting for his life. He wanted to end his life but changed his mind after taking his meds, one hospital before this didnt flush out the meds so now he is in another hospital fighting to keep his organs fuctioning he needs to be healed.
Please ask God to continue to meet the financial needs of Rejoice Marriage Ministries. We give Him praise for how He somehow pays the Ministry bills each month.
UPDATE 5/9/12- Edna is still in home hospice care and declining. The hospice nurse said that Edna’s bones are not producing red blood cells so she needs additional oxygen from a machine that pulls it from the air. She gets winded just moving a few steps to her commode and back to her chair.
Please pray for Edna, Dennis's mother-in-law. Her health is failing and could die at any moment. Please keep Edna in your prayers.
Praise for men and women coming home out of non-covenant marriages. Pray for all their details to be worked out quickly, such as sale of homes, finances and salvations.
A stander's daughter-in-law says: Please pray for Seth, a 15-year-old boy who just found out he has a new brain tumor. He had surgery yesterday and his family is meeting with Doctors today to figure out a treatment plan! His Mom, Marie said they need a miracle for Seth. Please join us in storming the Gates of Heaven and praying for a miracle for this boy!
UPDATE 5/20/12- Walid is on numerous medications, for his heart, psychosis and psoriasis. At the moment he is voluntarily in a mental facility being evaluated and is able to go out for a few hours a day. His mental state has improved slightly over the last couple of days as he has been given medication for his psychosis, something he has only recently been suffering from. I pray that God will heal Walid in body, soul and spirit.
Rudy has a prayer request for his brother... Please pray for the healing of my dear 38 year old brother Walid in body, soul and spirit. Walid has serious heart and mental conditions. He also has chronic psoriasis, kidney, lung and liver damage as well as emphysema.
